Be very careful working with this shop! They make promises they can't fulfill but only after taking a large deposit from you that they will NOT refund! We should have known Lloyd could NOT do the tattoos we wanted right from the onset. He was rude and very unprofessional. We supplied him with a picture of a tattoo that both me and my daughter were going to get together. The only design change he had to make was to add the purple Lupus ribbon.....we were getting these tattoos because my daughter suffers from Lupus. My daughter went into the shop twice to discuss the design and the only time Lloyd was a little bit courteous was the first visit when he set up the appointment to do the tattoos, promised he could do the design we wanted and of course requested a very large deposit. Just what was the deposit for?!? We reached out to Lloyd several times asking for the final artwork. Lloyd would not return texts and never sent any design until very close to the scheduled appointment. The deign was not even close to what was discussed and of course we requested changes to it. Again, Lloyd put us off and put us off and finally sent another drawing the day before our appointment. Again, it was not even close to what we wanted or what was discussed with the original artwork we supplied him. Then Lloyd asked us to reschedule. As we had told him several times, we could NOT reschedule because I do not live there and was in town visiting my daughter specifically to get these tattoos. Since Lloyd could NOT design this tattoo (and quite honestly acted like he really didn't want to do the tattoos) we cancelled the appointment and asked for our deposit back. He said the deposit was non-refundable. I can understand not returning the deposit if a lot of time had been spent designing the tattoo and then the client just changed their mind but that was NOT the situation here. My daughter and I really wanted these tattoos and were very heartbroken when we had to cancel. Lloyd did NOTHING to deserve the deposit. He spent very, very little time on the design (to say the least) and it was very apparent he did not have the talent or ability to create the design we wanted. I honestly believe he never intended to do the tattoos but what a great easy scam to make money. Why should anyone get paid for doing nothing nor having the ability to do what you are paying them for? The deposit wasn't due to his inability to book that slot if we cancelled because HE wanted us to reschedule-he apparently already had other plans for that day. Since Lloyd was rude and refused to work with us, my daughter reached out to the owners of the shop to see if she could get her deposit back. They too were very rude and refused. I truly believe the deposit is a scam to make money. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone!!!

  I highly recommend avoiding this place. The artist I mistakenly spoke to when I walked in, continually would not get artwork to me, would not make the couple of small changes to the artwork as requested many times, continually wanted re-schedule me for reasons unknown, and finally refused to change the artwork.
I realized he was not very good, was very resistant, and do to all of the resistance from the artist and the terrible and minimal art he did finally get me, I am glad I did not let him put ink on me. The owner sided with the artist, basically saying his lack of response time, lack of changes, lack of ability, and resistance are how they do business.
Worst experience at any tattoo shop ever!

  This place (Matthew barnes) took a $200 deposit of mine when I rescheduled and came back, he acted like he never took any deposit at all. Then was threatening me and cussing me out?! Told management about what happened, nothing. They take your money and not tattoo you. Highly not recommend. Scam shop..... update Because of me posting on here, The shop owner kody Flannery said I'm no longer deserving of a refund or anything, and I'm no longer welcome to the shop.

  I scheduled and appointment with Boonzie after following her on instagram for a while. The scheduling was very easy through email. She gave me an estimate of about 4 hours and it ended up being exactly accurate. Throughout the whole appointment everyone in the parlor was friendly and had a good upbeat vibe. Boonzie did a wonderful job and I will be going back.

  Just had a walk in session for my second ever tattoo and the artist Matt did an amazing job! After resizing the stencil for me a few times we got it just right and the whole process was a breeze. So clean and professional, I will definitely be coming back soon for more artwork. Thanks for an awesome experience!

  Couldn't be more excited about my new tattoo. Boonzie was so incredibly knowledgeable, precise, creative and professional. It was a great experience! Highly recommend!

  Had a tattoo, provided a pic of what I wanted. The artist talked me out of what the pic looked like and it was only half done and nothing like the pic. I had also paid for my son and i to get matching tattoos and my son had a surgery. The appointment was for 2 weeks AFTER my sons surgery but 1 week after his surgery he developed blood clots, 2 in his leg and 1 in his lung, he is also 18 years old. Informed the artist BEFORE the appointment to inform him and asked if the money I already paid could either used on a different tattoo for myself, fix the tattoo that wasnt done correctly or refunded. I was told "nope" and that "all money is non refundable". I then said "well I hope you needed the money more then I did" and then he agreed to give me a refund. On the day of the redind was to be given I text him to confirm he was at the shop and was advised "nope" yet again. So I was left with a tattoo that looked nothing line what I provided, then paid for another tattoo and DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS could not get a tattoo for my son who is on blood thinners for 6-12 months. Terrible terrible customer service!!!

  Walked in and met Jason. Was able to have a tattoo done without an appointment! (Fyi this is not the norm). Very clean and everyone was professional. He did a great job on my daughter's watermark! Thanks again ...

  Met with Matt to discuss what I wanted. When I came back for our session he had drawn out exactly what I was thinking. He has a light touch and I will definitely be back to continue my tattoos and sleeve!
